TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

ALL DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES ARE INTENDED TO PROVIDE AN IDEA OF THE AVAILABLE PRODUCTS AND MAY VARY DUE TO SUPPLIES.

  • Full payment must be received no later than 6 weeks prior to your event
  • Short notice bookings are welcome but must be paid in full at time of booking
  • Payments can be made by Cash, Cheque or Bank transfer
  • Delivery of items hired will be delivered, set up and collected on the dates and times agreed. It is your responsibility to have confirmed this information with your venue
  • Delivery and collection within 20 miles of PL33 9DB is included in the price
  • Additional mileage of 40p per mile will be charged each way after the first 20 miles
  • We hire throughout the whole of Cornwall
  • If you cancel your event notice must be given in writing and the following charges will apply:-
6 weeks + = non refundable deposit
less than 6 weeks = non refundable deposit + 50% of overall total due
less than 4 weeks = non refundable deposit + 100% of overall total due
All payments for cancellations must be made within 4 weeks of your event date 


  •  In the unlikely event a booking is cancelled by us all payments received will be refunded 
  •  Allergies:-please note that some of the sweets may contain or have traces of nuts or nut oils or may of been made alongside other products that contain nuts. We cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from allergies
  • A list of all sweet ingredients will be given. Kelly's Sweet Treats makes every effort to make sure the list is correct but you should note that products and their ingredients are subject to change. Some of our information comes from third parties therefore we are unable to accept any liability for any incorrect information. 

  •  Safety warnings:-It is the customers responsibility to make sure that all children are suitably supervised to avoid sweets being chosen which could pose a risk. Similar care should be taken to make sure children's safety relating to packaging (wrappers, lollie sticks etc.) We cannot be held responsibly for safety issues which occur from the use of the equipment, consumables or the consumption of confectionery left at the event location 

  •  In the event that any piece of glassware should get broken it is your responsibility to shut down the whole of the sweet cart and dispose of all sweets for the safety of your guests
  •  Any complaints should be made within 7 days of your event 
  • We will not share any contact information
  •   By placing an order you agree to allow your name and photographs taken to be used for promotional purposes (website, Facebook,Twitter, Flyers etc.) Please let us know if you object
  •   All breakages / damages/ loss of items must be paid for
  • Under no circumstances can pictures, banners or any other item be attached to the cart
  •   Under no circumstances can the cart be moved

IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.BY PLACING AN ORDER AND PAYING A DEPOSIT YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
